Edible flowers frozen into your ice cubes make for super-pretty drinks. Here’s how you do it:
- Carefully pick some small, edible flowers – for example, borage, oregano, viola and marigold petals
- Half-fill your ice cube rack with water, pop the flowers in and put them in the freezer
- When they’ve frozen, take them out and fill them up with water and put them back in the freezer (if you freeze them all in one go, the flowers will raise to the top, which is ok, they’ll still look nice, but they’ll be released into the drink quicker)
When your ice cubes are ready, pop them out into a refreshing drink of Sea Arch. Cheers!
